RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

*If the customer is not happy with the product they have to initiate the return/exchange by contacting us through email: info@momnomstore.com within 7 days once delivered.

*If size exchange is asked by customer. Size exchange can be done once at no extra cost if the size required by the customer is available with us at the time of receiving the returned product couriered by the customer. In case of unavailability of size, refund will be initiated to the customer.

*Refund will be done back to the source account within fifteen days once we receive and verify the product. Any Freight/Transportation charges and Packaging charges covered for delivering the product to the customer won’t be refunded.

*In case of “Cash On Delivery” orders, the refund will be done to the bank account requested by the customer by emailing us at info@momnomstore.com from the email id you have given at the time of confirming the order with us.

*Customer has to return the product in a trackable courier service only to the below address.

*Customer has to return the product unused and in good condition with tag, invoice and packing like delivered to the customer and has to pay the return shipping charges.
